ABOUT US
TAHJ Inc. was developed to confront anti-Black racism in planning and development to eradicate gentrification and Black displacement. We use an anti-Black racism/restorative practices approach in designing/co-designing culturally specific community engagement plans ensuring space for direct envisioning from the Afro-Caribbean diaspora is embedded in the designing of neighborhoods. Our interest is to work with various government agencies and other developers to create engagement plans with various communities to address design and spatial justice, and all its various facets. Being a part of the planning means being a part of the solution, outcome, and prosperity.
